7 Days To Die
I know that 7 Days To Die has been out for over 3 years, But it's still one of my favorite games. I have put in 643 hours and I am still adding more to that number. 7 Days To Die is a Survival/Horde/Crafting game in which the player is thrust into an apocalyptic world that has been ravaged by a Zombie plague. The player must scavenge the world for supplies to survive.
Recent updates have brought about some of the things I have been wishing were in the game. The different Varieties of AI are amazing. They have added new Zombie models and a new zombie that scares me every time. The Screamer is a Zombie that will come up to your base and scream, Once that scream goes out all of the other Zombies within range will come to that location and just destroy whatever is in their path!
The game is very helpful to beginners. When you start your first game and load in, You are greeted with helpful hints and tips that will guide you through some aspects of crafting and scavenging. I found it very helpful when I was just starting to get back into the game because they have added a ton of stuff. They help you out in the beginning but do not hold your hand! Which is something I really enjoy.
A large open-Procedurally Generated world, What can be better? I have spent many hours wandering around trying to find the end of the map and I have come up empty every time. With the addition of intricate and vast cave systems, There is a ton of exploring to do!
The addition of the leveling systems makes me very excited about getting back into the game. You can level up pretty much every aspect of what you do. From your Mining Tools to your Health and Stamina. Once you level up, You get points which you can put into whatever you want. 7 Days To Die currently costs $24.99 USD on Steam! You should definitely grab it!
